What size are the bracelets?
Regular Classic and Petite bracelets are approximately 7.5 inches in
length.
Relaxed Fit Classic bracelets are approximately 8.5 inches
in length.
How long are the necklaces?
Regular necklaces are approximately 18 inches.
Relaxed Fit necklaces are approximately 20 inches.
What is the difference between
classic and petite bracelets?
Classic beads are larger. They are 14 mm size beads.
Classic bracelets have 12 beads per bracelet.
Petite beads are smaller beads. They are 10 mm size beads.
Petite bracelets have 17 beads per bracelet.
Although the Classic Bead Bracelets are larger, the Petite Bead
Bracelets tend to have a slightly looser fit because they have more
beads.

Collection?
We offer our bestselling designs in Relaxed Fit bracelets and
necklaces with additional beads added for comfort fit.
Relaxed Fit Classic Bracelets have 2 additional beads.

Can I get additional designs in

Yes, we offer the opportunity to special order classic fit jewelry in

What size bracelet should my
“little girl” choose for her age – petites or little girls?
Our little girls’ bracelets normally fit girls from 4 – 10 years of
age. If your girly girl is tall or going into her “tween” years, we
suggest the petite bracelet, which will fit her right thru college!
How long are the pendants?
Our sterling pendants come on an 18” chain. The suede pendants are
16” long, and come with a 2” extender, so both pendants can be 18”
in length.

Sorry, we are not able to process special orders on watches. However,

Can I ask for a special design
to be made?
Email us your design ideas, because we may be working on that very
theme!
We will keep your request on file and if the design becomes available
we will let you know.
We regret that we are unable to assemble custom orders.
What are the beads made of?
The beads are made of a resin-based material, which makes them
comfortable to
wear and easy to care for.
Is the jewelry durable?
Our jewelry is strung on heavy gold or silver toned elastic cord and
very durable
with normal wear.
How often will my bracelet
(necklace) need to be restrung?
With normal wear, your jewelry should look great indefinitely.
However, if you are very active or wear the same piece of jewelry
daily (i.e. watch), you may want to send it to us periodically to be
restrung for a nominal fee. Many fine jewelry collections have a one
year restringing recommendation, but our products generally look
great for years.
Are your products lead-free?
Thanks for your inquiry and we agree that having lead free products
is of utmost importance. You can shop with confidence when selecting
from our collections. They are tested on a periodic basis and are
confirmed to be lead free. We are committed to quality products with
collections that "give back" to health, education and
environmentally worthy causes, such as Earth Day, Breast Cancer and
our new Autism Awareness theme.

How do I care for/clean my
Angela Moore® jewelry?
Treat your jewelry as you would fine pearls. Avoid direct exposure to
hairspray,
perfume or scented lotions. Wear our jewelry to the pool or beach,
but remove
before swimming to keep that great luster. Clean with a soft, damp
cloth.
Why did my fluted silver- or
gold-plated accents change color if I haven’t worn them?
It’s possible that the hand-enameled material on the fluted silver-
or gold-plated accents may have reacted to something in the
environment; but more likely it is because the item has come in
contact with hairspray, perfume, scented lotions, sunscreens, or
rejuvenating moisturizers. If your item has been purchased within
the 120 warranty period, you may return it to us for restringing at
no restringing or shipping charge. If the item was purchased before
that, we are happy to restring it for you for a nominal fee and ask
you to visit the link Restringing form (requires adobe acrobat) for

specific situation.
Do you do custom orders?
We regret that we are unable to process custom orders, but we are
happy to pass along any suggestions, as we may be working on a

Do you offer a warranty?
We are proud of our quality and our goal is customer satisfaction.

What is your Return/Exchange
Policy?
We are happy to accept catalog or web purchases for exchange or
credit within 30
days of purchase. Gift recipients may return items for exchange or
merchandise
credit only. Unfortunately, and without exception, we are unable to
accept returns
on merchandise that has been used or worn. Please send your package
to us via an
insured and prepaid method. Include the packing slip and the
completed
Return/Exchange form. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within
two billing
cycles. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on exchanges or
returns.
Please note that if an item has been shipped to you free of charge
through a
promotion, we will make a deduction for the shipping charge.
Angela’s Attic items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for
merchandise
credit only.
All sales are final on Super Saver items.
Unfortunately, our Retail stores are unable to process

Do you honor price adjustments?
Yes, we do issue price adjustments; however, your order must have
been placed no
more than 7 days before the price was changed. Please have your
invoice number
ready and contact our Customer Service Dept to see if you are
eligible for a price
adjustment. Your inquiry must be made within the 7 day window. Price
adjustments
will not be issued if your order has already received a discount
(including price
adjustments, promotional codes, etc.)
